Choose a template
Open the agent marketplace in the app and pick the template closest to the calls you want to handle.
Customise the agent
Set its name, personality, greeting and the knowledge bases it can use.
Test and request activation
Run test conversations, adjust answers, then request activation.
Connect a phone number
Assign a number and start receiving calls. Review transcripts and summaries as they come in.
